At the end of the package internal minutes and internet traffic, the assessment is calculated in accordance with the “Avantaj” tariff plan. When you activate any of the “Avantaj” packages, the tariff plan changes directly to the “Avantaj” tariff. The transition to the tariff is free of charge.

  • The period of use of “Avantaj” packages is 30 days from the date of activation. If the package expires before the expiration of the internal minutes and internet, it is possible to reconnect to any of the “Avantaj” packages.
  • It is possible to activate any number of “Avantaj” packages without running out of minutes and internet traffic provided within the “Avantaj” package. In this case, preference is given to the first activated “Avantaj” package.
  • If the minutes of domestic calls and internet within the “Avantaj” package expire before the expiration date of the package, the calculation is made in accordance with the “Avantaj” tariff plan.
  • It is possible to activate “FreeNet” daily unlimited internet traffic any day for 30 days after activation of “Avantaj” packages.
  • If there is any internet package on the balance (Turbo, Avantaj, etc.), if the “FreeNet” daily unlimited internet package is activated, the advantage will be in the “FreeNet” package.
  • The “FreeNet” daily unlimited internet package is for one device only, personal use and cannot be shared for use on other devices. Naxtel reserves the right to restrict the use of the daily unlimited internet package in case of detection of abuses by the subscriber.
  • In “Avantaj” tariff, the counting interval of calls is 60 seconds.
  • The transition to the “Avantaj” tariff is free of charge.
  • Switching from the “Avantaj” tariff to any other tariff is paid. The service fee is 1 AZN.
  • Minutes and internet traffic of “Avantaj” packages are canceled when switching from “Avantaj” tariff plan to other tariffs.
  • The use of internet and minutes in Avantaj packages is valid only within the Autonomous Republic.

Is it possible to activate any of the "Turbo" packages when using "Avantaj" packages?

  • It is possible to activate any “Turbo” package together with the “Avantaj” package. In this case (excluding Turbo 50MB and Turbo 300MB) the advantage will be in the internet traffic provided within the “Avantaj” package.

How can I get information about the remaining minutes and internet traffic offered within the "Avantaj" package?

Are "Avantaj" packages updated every month?

  • “Avantaj” packages are not monthly renewable packages. You can activate the package at any time (before your current package expires).

How can I cancel the "Avantaj" package?

  • You can switch to one of the other tariff plans to cancel the “Avantaj” package.

Is it possible to activate a new "Avantaj" package before the end of the "Avantaj" package?

  • It is possible to activate a new “Avantaj” package before the current one expires. In this case, the period of use of the “Avantaj” package you activated (30 days) is calculated from that day. When the minute of the existing “Avantaj” package in your account and the internet tariff expires, the user goes directly to another “Avantaj” package.
