In this regard, the commissioning of the new mobile communication infrastructure in Nakhchivan is critical. By overcoming the telecommunications blockade, the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic has been fully connected to the global communications infrastructure. As a result, the key task ahead is to provide continuous and high-quality mobile communication services, as well as to connect the mobile network to the national and international roaming systems.

The Chairman of the Supreme Assembly stated, “The autonomous republic’s mobile communication network is an essential area.” People are more at ease when they have access to reliable communication and internet services. Furthermore, the mobile network will improve the population’s access to e-services in the Autonomous Republic, save time and money, and provide people with more than 20 distinct e-services. The effective use of new mobile communication devices and the provision of high-quality service necessitate the training of specialists in this field. As a result, the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic’s Ministry of Communications and New Technologies should devote attention to this issue and train specialists.

One of the primary tasks ahead is to stay up with technology developments and development around the world, according to the report. The Autonomous Republic has kept this issue in the spotlight; funds have been set aside for the development of a new mobile communication system, and a deal has been signed between the Ministry of Communications and New Technologies and Huawei of the People’s Republic of China to establish the 4th generation mobile communication system. Students in the Autonomous Republic’s most distant mountain and border villages now have access to high-speed Internet. With the launch of the mobile network, users will be able to access mobile internet services.

On the basis of agreements with the Turkish firms “Akgun Yazilim”, ‘I2I”, and “Etiya”, an independent mobile registration and reporting system has been built. The main, backup servers and other equipment were purchased and installed for this purpose, as well as 13 modules, numerous databases, and large-scale software, which included work on electronic registration and payment systems. To receive and transfer data, the 4th generation mobile communication system has access to faster and more broadband networks than its predecessors.
