The new “Tələbə” tariff was presented at Nakhchivan University on December 19, 2018, in collaboration with Naxtel LLC and the Nakhchivan Youth Foundation. The event, which was attended by students from the Autonomous Republic’s universities and colleges, presented thorough information on the virtualnakhchivan.az website as well as information about the upcoming picture contest “The World Through Your Eyes.” The terms and conditions of the photo contest have been announced. A special lottery was organized for students attending the event. Students who won the lottery received various prizes.
